An Act relative to the appointments of state police.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 10 of chapter 22C of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words “as stated in the examination notice”, in the second sentence of the second paragraph, the following words:- “,unless they are candidates who are over this age and meet prescribed medical and physical fitness standards“.
