An Act relative to leave with pay for incapacitated employees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 1 by inserting after “whenever a” the following words:- “corrections officer,”
SECTION 2: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 1 by inserting after “town,” the following words:- “the commonwealth”.
SECTION 3: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 3 by inserting after “or” the following words:- “ a corrections officer,”.
SECTION 4: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 5 by inserting after “the” the following words:- “commonwealth, county,”
SECTION 5: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 8 by inserting after “after such” the following:- “corrections officer,”
SECTION 6: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 11 by inserting after “appoint” the following:- “corrections officers,”
SECTION 7: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 11 by inserting after “such” the following:- “commonwealth, county,”
SECTION 8: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 15 by inserting after “such” the following:- “corrections officer,”
SECTION 9: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 25 by inserting after “a” the following:- “corrections officer,”
SECTION 10: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 29 by inserting after “injured or the” the following:- “commonwealth, county,”
SECTION 11: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 32 by inserting after “benefit of the” the following:- “commonwealth, county,”
SECTION 12: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 41 by inserting after “between the” the following:- “commonwealth, county,”
SECTION 13: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 44 by inserting after “between the” the following:- “commonwealth, county,”
SECTION 14: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 46 by inserting after “a” the following:- “corrections officer,”
SECTION 15: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 49 by inserting after “the” the following:- “commonwealth, county”
SECTION 16: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 50 by inserting after “such” the following:- “commonwealth, county”
SECTION 17: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 51 by inserting after “injured” the following:- “corrections officer,”
