An Act relative to public employees serving in the armed forces of the United States.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 21 of chapter 137 of the acts of 2003, is hereby amended by striking out the section in its entirety.
