An Act relative to Cecilia Davlin..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Nothwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary and in order to promote the public good, the state retirement board shall pay to Cecilia Davlin the surviving former wife of James Davlin who shall be considered to have chosen option (D) designating her as his beneficiary, the benefit payable under section 5 of chapter 32 of the General Laws in monthly installments.
