An Act adjusting the pension wages of Robert B. Noonan..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for purposes of calculating the retirement of Robert B. Noonan, the Massachusetts Teachers Retirement Board, in considering his regular compensation, shall include the wages earned for service as a supervisor of an after school activity in the Chelmsford school district from September 2000 to June 2002.
