In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act relative to the retirement benefits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any general or special act to the contrary Frank Rizzo, a resident of the Town of Belmont, shall be exempt from chapter 32 section 91(b) of the General Laws.
Section 2. The individual named in section one shall not receive combined earnings from any public employment and any public pension or retirement allowance he may receive to exceed the salary that was being paid for the position from which he retired or in which his employment was terminated.
Section 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
