An Act relative to unified audits.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of section 24A of chapter 62C, as amended by section 40 of chapter 131 of the Acts of 2010, is hereby amended by striking out the words "with its original return" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- to the Commissioner contemporaneously upon making any filing that adopts an inconsistent position.
