An Act relative to property tax exemptions for certain financial hardships.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Clause Eighteenth of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out in line 438 the phrase "age, infirmity and poverty", and inserting in place thereof the phrase "financial hardship resulting from age or infirmity"
