An Act prohibiting the sale of lighters to minors.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 10 of chapter 64C of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “cigarette” in line 38 the following words:-- “or a mechanical or electrical device manufactured for the purpose of producing a flame or to light cigarettes, cigars or pipes”
