An Act expanding the senior circuit breaker tax credit..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (K) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “payment”, in line 333, the following words:- , excluding any other property tax exemptions,
