An Act relative to fees for seniors filing with the appellate tax board..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 58A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 official edition, is amended in line 32 by adding the following:-
Notwithstanding the above, persons over the age of 65 who file an appeal from the board of assessors and with a gross income of 200% of the federal poverty level shall pay an entry fee of twenty-five dollars.
