An Act relative to service station operation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any general or special act to the contrary the hands free mechanism which enables consumers to place motor vehicle fuel into vehicles without requiring the consumer to continuously operate the pump shall be operational for all motor vehicle fuel pumps in the Commonwealth.
