An Act to include trash removal as tax credits for seniors..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                SECTION 1.  Subsection (k) of section 6 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 317, after the word “granted.” the following words:-  “and including fees for trash removal and other fees assessed by the city or town for delivery of services.”
