An Act creating a grant program for municipal energy efficiency officers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 10 of Chapter 25A of the General Laws shall be amended in subsection b) by adding in the second sentence, after the words “in adoption of demand side reduction initiatives;” the following: “all or a portion of the salaries of municipal or regional green community officers;”
