An Act improving neighborhood solar and net-metering in the commonwealth.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 138 of chapter 164 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 77, the words “10” and inserting in place thereof the following:- 2

SECTION 2.  Section 139 of chapter 164 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 67, the words “shall not exceed 1 per cent of the distribution” and inserting in place thereof the following:- shall be equivalent with the aggregate capacity of the Massachusetts Solar Renewable Energy Credit market
