An Act designating a certain bridge in the city of Leominster as the Jonathan Roberge Memorial Bridge.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The bridge on Nashua Street, spanning the Nashua River, in the city of Leominster shall be designated and known as the Jonathan Roberge Memorial Bridge, in memory of Private First Class Jonathan Roberge who tragically lost his life in Iraq on February 9, 2009.  The Massachusetts department of transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
