An Act authorizing the Department of Transportation to erect certain signs regarding the Iwo Jima Memorial at Bicentennial Park in the city of Fall River..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect tourist attraction signs regarding the Iwo Jima Memorial at Bicentennial Park, at the intersection of North Davol Street and Presidents Avenue, in the city of Fall River.
