An Act relative to a commuter rail stop in Allston-Brighton..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is authorized and directed to construct, operate, and maintain a commuter rail station in the Boston neighborhood of Allston or Brighton on the Framingham/Worcester line of the MBTA commuter rail network. The location of said station shall be determined based on public convenience.
