An Act to allow active duty military veterans to purchase veteran license plates.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 460 of the Session Laws of 2010, is hereby amended by inserting the following paragraph:-
The registrar shall allow individuals who are on active duty in the armed forces and wish to purchase a veteran license plate to use active duty orders as a means of proving military service.
