An Act relative to claim for personal injury and property damage in the national guard.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 90 of chapter 33 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking, after the words "court martial.",  the following words:- "the findings of the board shall be subject to the approval of the commander in chief."
