Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 67 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2008 official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentences: Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, if the licensee is on active duty with the armed forces of the United States, the license shall remain valid until the licensee is released from active duty and for a period of not less than 90 days following said release.
