An Act relative to restaurant rejuvenation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 305 of the Acts of 2008 is amended in section 14, subsection 2(1)(c) by adding after the word “setting” the following:- or a restaurant licensed pursuant to chapter 140 of the General Laws;
