In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An Act designating the new Bridge Street Bypass Road in Salem as the "Sgt. James Ayube Memorial Drive".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Bridge Street Bypass Road in Salem shall be designated and known as the Sgt. James Ayube Memorial Drive. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain such suitable markers bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
