An Act relative to debt payments in the town of Rutland.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 20 of chapter 44 of the General Laws, the Town of Rutland may appropriate all or a portion of the balance of the proceeds of the bonds sold to build and equip the Glenwood Elementary School for the purpose of paying principal and interest on the non debt excluded bonded debt for this school and the associated land purchased for the project.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
