An Act authorizing vintage grand prix auto racing in the city of Springfield.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Chapter 90, § 17B or any other general or special law to the contrary, Vintage Grand Prix Auto Racing shall be allowed on the streets of Springfield pursuant to the terms and conditions of a License Agreement providing for adequate conditions to protect the public from personal injury or property damage. Any such License Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 90, § 18A.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
