An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Louceta Hodge, an employee of the Department of Revenue.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Not withstanding any general or specific law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of revenue shall establish a sick bank leave for Louceta Hodge a certain employee of the department of revenue. Any employee of the department of revenue may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal, or vacation days to the sick leave bank for the use by Louceta Hodge. Whenever Louceta Hodge terminates employment with the department of revenue or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, any remaining time in the sick leave bank shall be transferred to the department of revenue paid leave bank. Sick leave bank days shall not be used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that necessitates the establishment of the sick leave bank as determined by the department of revenue.
