An Act enhancing school district transportation safety.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 7A of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 14, after the word "route" the following:-  unless said pupil must walk on a state or local roadway that does not possess a pedestrian sidewalk;
