An Act providing fair process for students with disabilities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 71B of the General Laws, is hereby amended in Section 3 by inserting after the third sentence of paragraph 12 the following sentence:
"The school committee shall have the burden of proof in any proceeding conducted pursuant to this section."
