An Act relative to the certification of assessors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “years,” in line 12, the following: - who shall be state-certified or state-licensed as defined by section 174 of chapter 112.
