The Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Ordered, Ordered that, the joint committee on Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities  be authorized and directed to make an investigation and study of certain current Senate documents numbered 49, 50, 51, 55, 56, 59, 60, 61, 62, 68 and 1838 relative to children, families and persons with disabilities.

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2012.
