An Act dissolving the Redevelopment Authority in the town of Wilmington.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, including but not limited to the provisions of chapter one hundred twenty-one B, sections four and five, of the General Laws, the Town of Wilmington Redevelopment Authority shall be dissolved as of the date on which this act takes effect and any funds held in the name of such authority by any banking institution shall revert to the general fund of the Town of Wilmington.
