An Act designating a portion of Route 8 in the Town of Hinsdale as the Pvt. Henry T. Johns Memorial Highway.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
State highway route 8 in the town of Hinsdale shall be designated and known as the Pvt. Henry T. Johns Memorial Highway. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department and historic preservation guidelines and laws.
