An Act relative to student health insurance.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 18 of said chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 4, after the term “program” the following sentence:- “A qualifying student health insurance program under this section shall meet the definition of minimum creditable coverage, as established by the board of the Commonwealth connector authority”.
