An Act naming a certain bridge in the town of Methuen.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any rule or regulation of the department of highways to the contrary, the bridge No.  M-17-001 on Route 110 over Bartlett Brook in the Town of Methuen shall be designated and known as the PFC Eric D. Currier Bridge in honor of PFC Eric D. Currier U.S.M.C. who was killed in action in Afghanistan.   The department of highways shall erect suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department and any existing historic preservation guidelines or statutes.
