An Act to improve the attracting excellence to teaching programs..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 19A of chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (2) in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Subsection (3) of section 19A of said chapter 15A is hereby amended in line 25 by striking out, in line 25, the words "forty-eight" and inserting in place thereof the words:- ninety-six.
