An Act relative to certain land in Templeton under the control of the Department of Mental Retardation..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the land purchased under chapter 64 of the resolves of 1897, presently being used by the Templeton Developmental Center under the control of the department of developmental services, shall be used only for the care and education of the developmentally disabled.
