An Act authorizing and Directing the Division of Waterways to dredge the harbor area surrounding several yacht clubs in Boston..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.   The director of the division of waterways in the department of environmental quality engineering shall dredge the harbor area surrounding Old Colony Yacht Club in the Dorchester District of the city of Boston. Subject to appropriation, a sum not to exceed $195,000 shall be expended for the dredging.
