An Act to encourage preventive care.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 118H of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-  

Section 7. The program shall not impose cost sharing requirements for preventive care, screenings or services pursuant to section 2713 of the Public Health Services Act.
