An Act ensuring proper notice of rent and fee increases in manufactured housing establishments.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                SECTION 1. Section 32D of Chapter 140 of the General Laws as so appearing is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following new paragraph:--

Violations of this section shall be met with a fee to be determined by the manufactured housing commission.

                SECTION 2.  Section 32G of Chapter 140 of the General Laws as so appearing is hereby amended by striking out, in line 43, the words “ten nor more than one hundred” and inserting in place thereof the following:--

50 nor more than 200
