In the Year Two Thousand Eleven

An act relative to the protection of elders in senior housing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 40 of chapter 121B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph:-
(i) A housing authority shall not provide such housing to any person who is convicted of a public nuisance crime as defined by M.G.L 93D, §93.01.
