An Act relative to cameras in the courtroom.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 220 § 13, is amended by adding the following new subsection:
13C. Failure to adhere to the provisions of this section shall constitute a violation of due process.
