An Act relative to certain proceedings relating to corporations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 50 of chapter 155 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "supreme judicial or" in line 6.

SECTION 2. Section 50A of chapter 155 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "supreme judicial" in line 6 and inserting in place thereof the word "superior".

SECTION 3. Section 51A of chapter 155 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "supreme judicial or" in line 3.

SECTION 4. Section 52 of chapter 155 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "supreme judicial or" in line 4.

SECTION 5. Section 50 of chapter 156 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "supreme judicial" in line 11 and inserting in place thereof the word "superior".

SECTION 6. Section 99 of chapter 156B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "supreme judicial" in line 2 and inserting in place thereof the word "superior".

SECTION 7. Section 103 of chapter 156B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "supreme judicial or" in lines 3 and 4.

SECTION 8. Section 104 of chapter 156B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words "supreme judicial or" in line 5.
