An Act relative to teen violence.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 209A of the Massachusetts General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “members”, in the fourth line, the following words:- or of a minor child by a person with whom the minor child has had or is having a dating relationship, or of an adult by a person with whom the adult has had or is having a dating relationship.

SECTION 2.   Section 3 of Chapter 209A of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word  “abuse”, in the first line, the following:- or the custodial or non-custodial parent or guardian, on behalf of a minor child suffering from abuse.
