An Act relative to the state courts against road rage program.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The sixth paragraph of section 20 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following:-  The Trial Court and the State Police shall administer the state courts against road rage program in locations across the Commonwealth , provided however that the SCARR program shall be offered in at least one of the following counties no less than once every three months:  Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire.”
