An Act enhancing the punishment for child endangerment..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 13L of Chapter 265 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end of the fifth paragraph the following phrase: "or in the state prison for not less than two and one-half years and not more than ten years."
