An Act promoting gender equity..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 53 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words “of the opposite sex” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “in a sexual manner”.

SECTION 2. Section 1 of Chapter 123A of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 71 by striking the words “of the opposite sex” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “in a sexual manner”.
