An Act relative to private construction contracts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 149, Section 29E (c) (iii) (i) of the Massachusetts General Laws, as most recently amended by SECTION 1 of Chapter 293 of the Acts of 2010, is hereby amended by striking out the number “30” and inserting in place thereof the number “31.”
