An Act relative to penalties for workplace violations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6F of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by striking in line 2 the term “five hundred” and inserting in place thereof the following term:- “five thousand”

SECTION 2. Section 65 of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by striking in line 2 the term “fifteen hundred” and inserting in place thereof the following term:- “twenty five thousand”
