An Act expanding the moral bond program to nonprofit acute care hospitals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or regulation to the contrary, effective January 1, 2016:
A.Paragraph (g) of section 2-10 of appendix to chapter 69 of the general laws, as added by section 21 of chapter 9 of the actions of 2011, is hereby amended in each location by deleting “community hospitals” and replacing it with “acute care hospitals”.
