In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to the composition of the citizens advisory committee for the former Northampton State Hospital.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 7, of Chapter 86, Acts of 1994 is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following: -
“… provided, that after July 1, 2013, the 15 person committee shall be reconfigured to include the following membership: two members representative of the national alliance for the mentally ill of western Massachusetts, two members representative of the greater Northampton chamber of commerce, one member representative of each of the following: the Northampton office of the department of mental health, the Northampton redevelopment corporation, the Northampton labor council, the Northampton housing partnership, the Northampton planning board, the mayor of the city of Northampton, the ward 2 city councilor, and one representative from each of the following neighborhoods: route 66, grove street, route 10 and village hill.”
